Exhibitor policies

Please review the Taboo Show's exhibitor policies before applying. By submitting an application, you agree to follow these policies, our Terms & Conditions, and our Code of Conduct. These rules ensure a safe, fair, and professional environment for all exhibitors, attendees, performers, and staff.

Application agreement

By submitting an exhibitor application, you acknowledge and accept the Taboo Show's Terms & Conditions, follow Taboo's Code of Conduct, and agree to follow all exhibitor policies listed on this page.

Exhibitor rules & regulations

Full show participation

Early move-out is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors must remain fully operational until the show officially closes and attendees have exited. Packing up early disrupts the event and may affect future participation.

Exhibitor badges

Exhibitor badges are generic and will only be labelled "Exhibitor", with no individual name. They must be worn at all times and are for booth personnel only. Six badges will be provided per booth when you check in. If your company requires more than six, please contact us directly.

Slander & defamation

General character and/or company slights, abuse of any Taboo Show staff or insults of any kind will not be tolerated. Any exhibitor responsible will have their exhibit space cancelled (non-refundable) from the show.

Stage & seminar performers

Please note the Taboo Show accepts no liability or responsibility for theft or injury at, or as a result of, any seminar or stage act, presentation or performance. Forms must be signed before participating in any activity on the stage.

Code of conduct

Show Management is committed to creating a safe environment for all attendees, exhibitors, artists, performers and staff. All cases are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Limits can be violated deliberately, or through poor communication, misunderstandings, technical accidents, lack of knowledge, or lack of experience. If you experience or witness any sexual harassment, verbal/physical abuse, harassment or bullying, please get in touch with Show Management.

Alcohol & nudity

Alcohol is strictly prohibited within exhibitor booths, and any exhibitor found with outside liquor will be required to leave the premises. In accordance with facility regulations, full nudity is not permitted at any time. All booth staff, models, and performers must remain appropriately covered throughout the event. These rules ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant environment for all attendees and exhibitors.

Samples, souvenirs & soliciting

Soliciting of business and/or distribution of samples and souvenirs will not be permitted in the aisles, the parking lots or in another exhibitor's booth, but must be confined to the exhibitor's own space.

Recent scam attempts

Recently we have had our vendors targeted via the exhibitor listing by people claiming to know the attendance data and trying to sell it to vendors. This information is 100% false. There has not been a data breach at Showpass, nor could the data be obtained from a third-party source. Please be wary and do not purchase anything or provide any information to these third-party attempts.
