# Shari Derksen

Dr. Shari Derksen is a registered psychologist and AASECT certified sex therapist in private practice in Calgary, supporting clients with various intimacy and sexual issues with a holistic approach. She has also supported many individuals and couples first exploring or navigating some form of consensual nonmonogamy and has witnessed the many complexities and joys associated with that. She also has her own personal experience navigating an alternative lifestyle in her 29+ year marriage. Dr. Shari is passionate about erotic intelligence and relational imagination

Dr. Shari has witnessed the common oversights and drama traps that long-term committed couples encounter when first exploring consensual nonmonogamy, especially when there is a lack of education and preparation. Her seminar will highlight these common drama traps and how to avoid them for a blissful and deeply connecting consensual nonmonogamy experience.
